A cross-sector vision of the living environment
NEXUS LIVING is the NEXUS universe dedicated to the systems that bring buildings, places and territories to life: designing, building, equipping, operating, financing, inhabiting and transforming. Its value comes from the connections between players and universes, not from placing sectors side by side.
Constructing a building is no longer enough. Energy, uses, data, safety, mobility, financing, experience, operations and impact all have to be considered. NEXUS LIVING organises this convergence across companies, investors, buyers, institutions and territories.

A season, not an isolated event
The Founding Season begins before the Expo. The Founding Assises on 12 November 2026 open a premium cycle: business, press, investment, institutions, federations, Matrix and B2B. NEXUS Expo & Summit 2027 (23–27 June 2027, Malabata, Tangier) extends this cycle. NEXUS 365 then provides continuity for profiles, needs, connection requests, activations and next actions, in line with applicable rights and contracts.
