Start with the objective, not the package

Your brand activates measured assets, at the current price or on quotation, under a contract that sets deliverables, KPIs and timing.

| Audience & experience | Lounges, hospitality, registration, badges and lanyards, WiFi | Usage, attendance, interactions |
| Business | Buyer/Investor Bridges, private sessions, lead retrieval | Requests, authorised scans, CRM opportunities, next actions |
| Content | Interviews, articles, newsletters, sponsored talk or workshop | Views, engagement, sign-ups; Programme validation |
| Digital & 365 | Studio, campaigns, webinars, roadshows, post-event activations | Attributable performance over the contract period |

When is a sponsor’s logo published?
Only after the contract is signed and communication is authorised.
What is measured?
What was actually delivered, according to the KPIs defined in the contract, with no guarantee of meetings, leads, sales, investment or third-party press coverage.
