Legal condition for processing
The applicable legal condition is determined for each processing activity under applicable law. Where consent is required, it must be freely given, informed and traceable, and it can be withdrawn as provided. Contract performance or a legal obligation may also support certain processing where provided by law.
NEXUS 365 matching
NEXUS 365 may suggest matches based on profiles, needs and offers. Matching facilitates discovery but does not guarantee an accepted meeting, lead, sale, funding or investment.
A QR contact exchange or an introduction is not a general transfer of your data and does not justify unlimited reuse: the exchange is limited to the journey concerned and the information provided.
Recipients and service providers
Data is accessible to authorised teams and, where necessary, to service providers acting for documented purposes. Depending on the service, recipient categories are:
- authorised Prime Synergy Group teams, according to their roles
- NEXUS 365 participants with whom you request or accept an introduction, for the information provided for in that journey
- website hosting and technical infrastructure providers
- network, DNS and security providers
- email service providers
- audience measurement, advertising measurement and session recording tools, only under the conditions described in the “Cookies and trackers” section
Recipient categories, processors, hosting locations and any international transfers are kept up to date in internal governance and subject to applicable formalities.
Hosting and transfers outside Morocco
Some technical service providers (network and security, audience measurement, advertising measurement, session recording) may process data outside Morocco. Hosting locations and any international transfers are kept up to date in internal governance and subject to the applicable formalities with the CNDP.

Retention period
Data is retained for periods proportionate to its purpose and applicable obligations. Any precise retention period published on this page matches the approved retention register; the period applicable to your data can be requested at the address given below.
