Exhibit / Seller-Supplier
How do I exhibit?
Start with your business objective: selling, distributing, sourcing, meeting buyers, developing a market, presenting an innovation or building an activation. NEXUS then qualifies the use case, relevant surface or activation, decision-makers, budget and next action, with its date.
Our team will get back to you according to priority and availability.
Which surface formats are planned?
Commercial benchmarks:
- 6–9 m²: pop-up
- 12–24 m²: standard / premium
- 30–50 m²: premium
- 60–100 m²: flagship
- 100 m² and more: pavilions or ecosystems
Actual availability depends on the approved floor plan.
What are the current surface rates?
Current reference, excluding tax, per m² by commercial zone:
- Zone D · Accessible 1 900 MAD/m² excl. VAT
- Zone C · Standard 2 100 MAD/m² excl. VAT
- Zone B · High visibility 2 300 MAD/m² excl. VAT
- Zone A · Strategic / main axis 2 500 MAD/m² excl. VAT
A standard format is invoiced at the exact price of that format, for example 6 m² in zone D: 11 500 MAD excl. VAT.
Surface/location does not automatically include stand construction. Any service not priced here is quoted on request, after management approval.

What is included in an exhibitor participation?
Only the items stated in the applicable offer, purchase order or contract. Badges, furniture, construction, signage, content, access to lounges or activations must never be inferred from the purchase of a surface alone.
The same applies to the Founding Season: a benefit exists only if it is written into the contract; no benefit is automatic.
How do payments and deposits work?
The price excluding VAT, applicable VAT, deposit, instalments and inclusions are those of the applicable quote, purchase order or contract. A signature, a letter of intent (LOI) or a verbal agreement is not a payment received.
Buyer & Sourcing
How do I join the Buyer journey?
The Buyer journey is for buyers, specifiers, distributors and contracting organisations. It starts with an application: your organisation, your purchasing or sourcing needs and your timeline. The team qualifies the request before any introduction. Buyer and Investor remain two separate roles and journeys.
How do Buyer Bridge and Investor Bridge work?
They are two separate journeys. Buyer Bridge facilitates connections with qualified buyers; Investor Bridge facilitates connections with investors. Matching organises meeting requests and opportunities, without guaranteeing acceptance, meetings, sales or investment.
Are B2B meetings guaranteed?
No. NEXUS facilitates matching and the preparation of meeting requests. Acceptance depends on both parties; no number of meetings, leads, sales or investment is guaranteed unless there is an explicit, legally validated contractual commitment.
Investor & Capital
How do I access the Investor journey?
The Investor journey is separate from the Buyer journey. It starts with a qualified application: profile, investment thesis, target amounts and sectors.
Access to Investor Bridge or an Investor Lounge depends on the rights attached to the badge or contract; it is never included automatically. Matching facilitates meeting requests, without guaranteeing a meeting or an investment.
Sponsor
How do sponsorships work?
The offer starts from brand objective, audience, experience, content, lead generation, business, digital and measurement. Assets are contracted.
Sponsorship does not automatically buy an editorial keynote or panel.
How is sponsorship performance measured?
Through KPIs agreed in the contract and measurable. NEXUS does not guarantee third-party media coverage, leads or sales.
Partner & Institution
Sponsor or partner?
A sponsor contracts defined commercial assets and activations. A partnership rests on a measured exchange:
GIVEN → RECEIVED → COST → VALUE → KPI → DURATION → OWNER
Cash, audience, expertise, distribution, buyers, investors, media, technology, production or delegations can all be contributions. No consideration exists without a contract.
Programme & Speakers
Can I speak in the programme?
A speaker application, a sponsorship or a partnership does not guarantee a speaking slot. The Programme Directorate retains editorial approval. Sponsored formats can only be sold once they have been approved as such.
Media
I am a journalist: how do I get accredited?
Press and media accreditations are personal and subject to approval by the team. Press releases, the media kit and interview requests are centralised on the Media page.
Accreditation does not guarantee an interview or coverage.
Where can I find official documents?
Official documents are published on the Resources page, in their current version only: exhibitor pack, sponsor / partner pack, approved programme information, newsroom and up-to-date public catalogue.
An outdated or unapproved document is withdrawn or archived; it is never presented as a current reference.
Travel & Accessibility
Can I get an invitation for a visa application?
A certificate or invitation can only be issued under the approved NEXUS procedure and after the file has been checked. It never constitutes a visa guarantee. The decision rests with the competent authorities.
Are parking, shuttles, catering and accessibility confirmed? To be confirmed
This information depends on the venue and service providers. It is published as confirmed services only after written approval. Specific needs can be reported to the team so that your welcome can be prepared, without promising arrangements that are not confirmed.

NEXUS 365 & Data
How does NEXUS 365 work?
The relationship journey follows:
PROFILE → NEED → OFFER → MATCH → REQUEST → MEETING → QR CONTACT → CRM → NEXT ACTION → REPORT
The Buyer, Investor, Seller-Supplier, Exhibitor, Sponsor, Partner, Institution and Media roles are managed separately.
How are my data handled?
Data are handled under the applicable privacy policy, Moroccan Law 09-08 and, where applicable, GDPR. CRM, matching, badge, communications and NEXUS 365 purposes are identified; consents are kept separate where required.
