NEXUS LIVING · FOUNDING SEASON 2026–2027
Build a partnership that creates value for both sides
A NEXUS partnership is built on a clear exchange: contribution, consideration, cost, value, KPIs, duration and owners. Visibility, speaking slots and exclusivity are never automatic.

Partners & ecosystem
Reciprocal, contracted and measurable partnerships
NEXUS LIVING develops partnerships with companies, institutions, federations, media, professional networks, technology operators and ecosystems able to bring concrete value. Each collaboration is built around a clear exchange, defined deliverables and measurable KPIs.
Our rules
- Partner and sponsor are two distinct approaches: neither the copy, the form nor the contract turns one into the other.
- Nothing is automatic: no multi-year term, no exclusivity, no stand, no speaking slot, no visibility, no VIP access, no NEXUS 365 activation. Everything is defined in the contract.
- No logo or name of a company, institution, media outlet or federation is published without written agreement and brand and image authorisation.
- The Programme Directorate retains editorial approval: a partner does not buy a keynote or a panel.
- No promise of leads, sales, investment, accepted meetings, third-party press coverage, ministerial attendance or delegations.
Partner ≠ Sponsor
Two approaches, two logics
A sponsor buys commercial assets serving brand or business objectives. A partner builds an exchange of resources, value and KPIs.
| Dimension | Partner | Sponsor |
|---|---|---|
| Purpose | Co-build an exchange of value | Buy visibility, experience, content, lead generation or business assets |
| Starting point | What each party GIVES and RECEIVES | Brand objective → audience → experience → content → business → digital → measurement |
| Possible contributions | Cash, audience, distribution, expertise, buyers, investors, media, technology, production, delegations | Commercial / sponsorship budget |
| Considerations | Defined in the contract, proportionate and measurable | Approved and priced sponsor assets |
| Programme | No automatic speaking slot | Sponsored talk or workshop only if the format is approved; no keynote or panel is sold |
| Duration | As per contract | As per offer / contract |
| Measurement | KPIs + owner + reporting | Sponsor KPIs + attribution + reporting |
Contributions
What a partnership can mobilise
A partnership starts from what each party actually brings. Examples of contributions, to be specified and valued in the proposal.
-
Audience & distribution
Communities, members, authorised databases, channels, relays.
-
Expertise & content
Studies, experts, data, validated educational or sector formats.
-
Buyers & investors
Identification, sourcing and connection requests, with no guarantee of meetings.
-
Technology & production
Tools, services, infrastructure, production or integrations.
-
Media & amplification
Owned content and channels; no third-party coverage guaranteed.
-
Institutions & delegations
Cooperation and mobilisation subject to approval and availability.
-
Cash & co-funding
Financial contribution under contract and approved budget.
NEXUS method
Seven questions before any approval
ContributionConsiderationCostValueKPIDurationOwner
- Contribution What your organisation brings: resources, audience, expertise, cash, access.
- Consideration The specific, available NEXUS considerations, described in the contract.
- Cost Direct costs and supplier dependencies, for each party.
- Value The estimated value of the exchange and its limits.
- KPI Measurable indicators, with their attribution method.
- Duration Period, milestones, renewal and exit.
- Owner One NEXUS owner and one owner on the partner side.
Every proposal must answer these seven questions before approval. An intention, a verbal exchange or an LOI is neither a signed contract nor cash received.
Possible considerations
Possible assets, never automatic
Considerations are chosen and priced in the contract: media, formats, periods and rights are specified one by one.
| Family | Examples | Safeguard |
|---|---|---|
| Visibility | Universe, web pages, signage, newsletters, ads, books | Scope and duration in the contract |
| Business | Buyer / Investor Bridges, hospitality, Deal Room, lead retrieval | Matching facilitates; it does not guarantee |
| Content | Interviews, articles, webinars, sponsored talk / workshop | Editorial and format approval |
| Digital | NEXUS 365, profiles, content, campaigns | Rights, consents and data |
| PR | Press releases, newsroom, media assets | No third-party press pick-up guaranteed |
| NEXUS 365 | Roadshows, post-event activations, content | Only as per contract |
Exclusivity, priority, permanent visibility
Never automatic. On request and after approval by General Management, with scope, duration, conflicts of interest, categories and exceptions written into the contract.
On request
A consideration without a published price is quoted on request, after approval by General Management. Offers and documents are versioned; only the current version applies.

FAQ
Partnerships: what you need to know
What is the difference between a partner and a sponsor?
A sponsor buys commercial assets (visibility, experience, content, business) serving brand objectives. A partner builds an exchange: each party brings a resource and receives a defined consideration, with identified costs, KPIs, duration and owners.
Does a partnership come with a stand, a speaking slot or exclusivity?
No, nothing is automatic. Each consideration is defined in the contract. Speaking slots fall under the Programme Directorate, which retains editorial approval.
How long does a partnership last?
The duration depends on the contract: period, milestones, renewal and exit terms are set together. No multi-year term is imposed or offered by default.
When can our organisation be presented as a partner?
Only after the contract is signed and a written communication authorisation is given, covering the use of your name, logo and visuals.
Is a letter of intent enough?
No. An intention, a verbal exchange or an LOI is neither a signed contract nor cash received. The partnership starts on signature.
What results can we expect?
Those set by the KPIs in the contract, tracked by an owner on each side and reported back. NEXUS promises no leads, sales, investment, accepted meetings or third-party press coverage.
